In particular, we measure precisely the Greenhouse gas, water and land impact of food items across the supply chain, and provide a relative impact score and rating (A-E) for each. Our solution allows key actors within the food sector, to monitor the performance of their suppliers, reformulate recipes, enhance brand appeal and to map out better supply chain routes.
